Tour Guide Tuesday: The Frist Center

The Frist Center is a unique museum in the center of Nashville.  With ever changing exhibits, this 24,000 square foot gallery presents some of the most unique and inspiring collections across the US.  You don't have to be an art expert to appreciate the exhibits at the Frist, rather the intention of this museum is to educate and share art with everyone!

There are great deals on admission to the Frist.  Everyone under 18 is always admitted for free.  College students are granted free admission Thursday and Friday evenings.  There are several times during the year with discounted or free admission for everyone, but on a regular business day, admission is only $10.

The exhibit right now is Fairy Tales, Monsters, and the Genetic Imagination, but like I mentioned, it changes again in May!  Drop by this Broadway home of art and immerse yourself in art, beauty and innovation for an afternoon.
