Tour Guide Tuesday: Nashville Sounds

The Nashville Sounds are the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.  With 72 home games a year, it's easy to find a great day for baseball watchin', to fit in with any schedule.  The Sounds call Greer Stadium home.  The stadium opened in the 70s, so it's not as fancy as new stadiums, but it gets the job done.  ***A new baseball stadium seems to always be a hot topic in Nashville politics.

Ticket prices range from $8-$12 in advance to $10-$14 on gameday. There are a ton of great promotions for this minor league park as well.  Tuesdays are 2 for 1 tickets, Throwback Thursdays feature $2 soft drinks, beer, hot dogs, popcorn and nachos, and EVERY Saturday night there is a fabulous firework show after the game.  The Sounds also sponsor several "Faith Nights" throughout the season and feature Christian concerts.
Take me out to the ballgame!

  1. How fun! I haven't been to a baseball game in forever....and there is just no excuse with Pringles Park right here in town - I'll have to go sometime this summer!
